Biographical Sketch: Cesar Ulloa is a System Engineer working for IBM, providing technical sales support for large systems (Mainframes) in Florida and Puerto Rico. Some of his accounts include Utility companies, Government agencies in Miami,Tampa and Jacksonville, Large Retail Stores, and Supermarket chains. Before joining IBM, Cesar Ulloa worked for EMC Corporation as a System Engineer providing technical support for enterprise storage systems. He graduated with a BS in Computer Engineering from Florida International University in 2004, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of South Florida.
