Biographical Sketch: Theresa Tai is a Senior Software Engineer in System z New Technology Center, Poughkeepsie, New York. Theresa's areas of focus are zEnterprise, WebSphere middleware elements, IBM Java, Specialty Engines, emerging technology and next generation workloads. Before Theresa joined the New Technology Center in 1998, she was a system developer in JES2/JES3 Design/Development/Service. Theresa has co-authored several Redbooks on WebSphere related topics; Theresa is also a IBM Senior Certified IT Specialist and The Open Group Master Certified Specialist.
