Biographical Sketch: Rich Lewis has over 35 years of experience providing technical sales support for IMS. He has written Redbooks, developed IBM IMS education courses, and published white papers on IMS. He is a frequent speaker at IMS technical conferences, user group meetings, road shows, and seminars. His current activities include work on IMS performance and availability with special emphasis on IMS Versions 11 and 12, HALDB, and Parallel Sysplex.
