Biographical Sketch: Mark Levy Product Manager Staff Serena Software Mark joined Serena Software in February of 2007 and has over 20 years experience in the enterprise software industry. Prior to joining Serena, Mark spent 5 years at BMC Software where he was responsible for defining, delivering and managing several product lines as well as driving new initiatives in BMC’s Business Service Management strategy. Mark also spent 10 years at Candle Corp. (acquired by IBM in 2004), where he held product management and development positions providing availability and performance management solutions to the global 2000 marketplace. Earlier in his career, Mark held senior technical I.T. positions at Litton Computer Services, a leading provider of enterprise-wide information and services. His background includes software development and management experience in mainframe, distributed systems and applications.
