Biographical Sketch: Jim Horne is currently employed by Lowe's Companies, Inc., as a performance and capacity specialist for the z/OS platform. He has been a systems programmer and capacity planner for more years than he cares to think about and has presented several papers at CMG and Share, including "The Myth of MSU" in 2008 at Orlando, Florida.
