Biographical Sketch: James Guo is a senior software engineer in DB2 for z/OS with experience in SQL performance analysis and tuning and DB2 z system performance analysis and tuning. James has experience in performance tuning of several TPC benchmarks and customer benchmarks. James helps DB2 customer migrate their applications to new DB2 releases. James is a frequent speaker at IDUG and DB2 conferences.
