  • Desktop virtualization requires a new category of endpoint devices – a processor-free zero client – to eliminate the complexity and overheard of distributed computing as it’s deployed today using thin clients. Moving all processing and compute cycles onto the network enables completely centralized management and freedom from endpoint security threats and maintenance.

Attendees will explore how choice of an endpoint architecture has a direct bearing on the fundamental VDI value - centralized control and cost disruption - as well as discover where VDI is headed, and how it benefits IT professionals. Attendees will also learn about a new version of software which is creating the first hypervisor-independent VDI platform so that devices no longer dictate backend decisions.
