During the second part of this session, Rachel Jackson and Paul Kettley, from the IBM CICS Development Team in the Hursley Laboratory, will deliver the CICS product update and keynote. There's been lots of excitement around CICS recently, including CICS TS V4.1 for z/OS, CICS Explorer, and Event Processing, so this should be a session on your MUST ATTEND list!
