Biographical Sketch: Robert Hart has been at Erie Insurance Group for 25 years. 10 years as a VM systems programmer maintaining and upgrading our Z/VM systems. For the last 10 years he has been the Open Systems Storage Architect. I have managed SAN from McData and Cisco. SAN and NAS storage products from EMC, Compaq, HDS, and NetApp.
