  • This session will be of interest to system programmers who have z/OS UNIX responsibilities. The speaker will start with a discussion on the supported PFS types in z/OS UNIX and on the recommended file hierarchy structure. From there, the topics to be presented include user file system administration and file security. Throughout the presentation, useful system administration commands will be included. Come to this session to learn the basics and beyond for z/OS UNIX file system administration.
