Using z/OS Communications Server to Perform OSA Diagnostics

z/OS Communications Server provides several tools for diagnosing network and OSA related problems.  In this session we'll discuss how to take advantage of these tools including Packet Trace, Network Traffic Analyzer, QDIO Diagnostic Synchronization, and several Netstat and VTAM commands including VTAM tuning statistics.  This session will also introduce the latest V1R12 diagnosis features including the Display OSAINFO command and the TCP/IP Callable Network Management Interface (NMI).
