Biographical Sketch: Matthias Burkhard is Technical Leader of IBM's Networking Support Team in Europe. For more than 20 years he is supporting customers with problems in VTAM, TCPIP, APPN/HPR and EE. He co-authored 2 ITSO redbooks on Enterprise Extender and is teaching networking courses like ITSO "Enterprise Extender Implementation and Problem Determination" and "IBM Wireshark Bootcamp 2010" (ZOWIE0DE) He has been a regular speaker at SHARE and other conferences talking about SNA/IP protocol. After all other problems have been resolved, he competes in international marathon races.
