He has over 20 years of industry experience with a broad knowledge of Enterprise Systems Management, Operating Systems, Mainframe and Distributed Systems Technology, System Software, Data Center Operations, and Networking Technology. Prior to working at IBM he has functioned in roles such as Systems Programming and Consulting in Banking and Financial organizations as well as a Technical Sales Specialist for Software and Hardware vendors.
