She has over 30 years experience with CICS ranging from applications development to systems programming, product development and most recently specializing in CICS Tools. She created educational material for CICS Interdependency Analyzer and developed a threadsafe seminar delivered to customers interested in saving CPU resources. She is a published author with CICS Redbooks for the CICS Explorer and CICS Threadsafe Considerations.
